About the role:

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our experienced and professional team to create great radio in the Macarthur region.

The main duties and responsibilities associated with the role of Breakfast Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:

• Source and create broadcast content (with breakfast announcer).
• Shift planning (with the breakfast announcer).
• Aid breakfast announcer in all aspects shift execution including:
  - Coordination of telephones and winners register
  - Coordination of promotion execution (credits and elements)
  - Coordination of guests and interviews
  - Operation of studio equipment
• Coordinate breakfast show highlights for future play and cross promotion.
• Coordinate integration of breakfast show content into social media.

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to work under pressure and to tight (and moving) deadlines.
• The ability to multi-task.
• A high attention to detail.
• A positive and fun attitude.
• A sound knowledge of social media and media platforms.

A basic understanding of radio play-out and scheduling systems would be an advantage...but not essential. We'll train you! Some skills with Canva or Photoshop would be ideal.
