The Role: Promotions Coordinator - Events

Ready to jump into the fast-paced world of radio, promotions and live events? C91.3FM is looking for a Promotions Coordinator to join our team. This is the perfect role for someone who loves bringing events, activations and community campaigns to life. Working closely with our Promotions Manager, you'll help coordinate station promotions, client activations, community events and Road Crew operations. No two days are the same! One day you're planning an event, booking suppliers and preparing promotional assets; the next you're coordinating rosters, run sheets and working with community partners.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the day-to-day running of the Promotions department, helping deliver engaging campaigns, events and community experiences for our listeners, clients and partners. This includes:

• Coordinate events and activations: Deliver station promotions, events, outside broadcasts and client campaigns.
• Manage partnerships: Support sponsorships, community initiatives and promotional commitments.
• Lead Road Crew operations: Coordinate rosters, logistics, equipment and promotional assets.
• Keep things organised: Manage prizes, reporting, systems and team communications.
• Bring ideas to life: Contribute creative concepts that engage listeners and clients.

What You Bring to the Party

You're organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take initiative, keep projects on track and enjoy coordinating people, logistics and events. Most importantly, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed to get the job done.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in events, promotions, marketing, media or a similar role
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Initiative, ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience coordinating people, suppliers, schedules or event logistics
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Flexibility to occasionally assist outside regular business hours when required

This is a full-time position based in Campbelltown.
