The Role: Promotions Coordinator (Street Fleet and Events)

Ready to turn up the fun and get into the world of radio? i98FM, the Illawarra's number one radio station, is on the hunt for a Promotions Coordinator to join our crew. This isn't your average 9-to-5 job. You'll be the leader of our i98FM Street Fleet and the creative force behind our biggest events, from epic movie premieres to massive station-wide happenings like the i98FM Illawarra Convoy.

What You'll Do

You'll lead our i98FM Street Fleet, keeping them organised and on the road, making sure our day-to-day events and promotions go off without a hitch. This means:

• Leading the pack: Supervise and motivate the Street Fleet team, handling everything from rosters and schedules to day-to-day issues.
• Bringing events to life: Help plan and execute all our external events, including live broadcasts, brand activations and major station events.
• Keeping things running smoothly: Manage the daily logistics, maintain our vehicles, and handle the key administrative tasks that keep the Promotions team buzzing.

• Stay ahead of the curve: Plan, prioritise and coordinate competing deadlines like a pro.
• Have the skills: Be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
