About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible person to fill a support role for our Sales team based in the Central West NSW region. This is a part-time position, based at our office in Dubbo. As the Advertising Sales Assistant, you will be required to assist the sales team with quality office support including processing and management of the placement of media bookings, as well as generating reports and other associated administrative work.
You will also be required to respond to client requests and meet and will be the first point of contact for viewers. You will need to respond to calls or requests predominantly via email and telephone in a professional and friendly manner.

About you:
• Minimum of one year administration experience.
• Ability to fulfil reception/administration duties for the Sales department.
• Accuracy and excellent attention to detail and data entry capabilities.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to operate in a team environment, contributing positively to the operations and working relationships.
• Demonstrated positive work ethic and the ability and willingness to learn new systems.
• Demonstrated ability to take steps to solve a problem.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
• Excellent phone manner and problem solving ability for incoming complaints and inquiries.
• Strict ability for meeting deadlines.
