We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible person to fill a support role for our Sales team based in Bunbury.

You will be required to assist the sales team including the Sales Manager with quality office support including processing and management of the placement of media bookings, as well as generating reports and other associated administrative work.
You may also be required to respond to client requests and meet and greet with clients at relevant sales functions. In addition you are also the first point of contact for viewers and will need to respond to calls or requests predominantly via email and telephone in a professional and friendly manner.

• Minimum of one year administration experience.
• Ability to fulfil reception/administration duties for the Sales department.
• Accuracy and excellent attention to detail and data entry capabilities.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to operate in a team environment, contributing positively to the operations and working relationships.
• Ability to contribute ideas and demonstration initiative and flexibility.
• Demonstrated positive work ethic and the ability and willingness to learn new systems.
• Demonstrated ability to take steps to solve a problem.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
• Must hold the right to work in Australia.
• Excellent phone manner and problem solving ability for incoming complaints and enquires.
• Advanced experience on computer program knowledge e.g. Microsoft office.
• Advanced ability in computer literacy and picking up computer programs.
• Strict ability for meeting deadlines.
• Punctual and time efficient.
