We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible person to join our Sales team based in Wollongong.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to our Sales team, including the Sales Manager, and is instrumental in the overall success of the team. If you have a positive attitude, are proactive, thrive in a busy environment, are deadline driven and have an eye for detail, then this may be the position for you!

Key day-to-day duties include:

  • Providing quality office support including processing and tracking of media bookings, database management and other associated administrative work.
  • Assistance with presentations, proposals and responses for our Advertising Executives and Sales Manager.
  • Reporting, including compiling monthly and quarterly updates.
  • Assistance with new business development.
  • You may also be required to respond to client requests and meet and greet with clients at relevant sales meetings or functions.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year administration experience, with experience in media/sales highly regarded.
  • Accuracy and excellent attention to detail, along with data entry capabilities.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, plus work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, contributing positively to operations and working relationships.
  • Ability to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, plus flexibility.
  • Display a positive work ethic and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and handle enquires in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone manner and grammar.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design skills highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to be punctual and meet strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to proactively contribute to team culture.
