We are looking for a Media Management Administrator to join our Wollongong office. Reporting to the Media On-Air Format and Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily administration, coordination and analysis of systems/paperwork required to put the daily television program/commercial run-down to air. The tasks involved in this function include Formatting Advance Schedules and Maximising Commercial Airtime. You will perform general office duties, and work closely with other departments, most notably providing an efficient service to the Traffic and Presentation Departments.

Skills/Qualifications

  • A minimum one year administration experience with data entry and database skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
  • Advanced experience with computer-based applications (including Microsoft Word and Excel) is essential with a demonstrated ability to comprehend and learn new systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to a range of people as well as demonstrated clear written and oral communication skills including a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to operate as a member of a team in a busy environment and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Experience working to deadlines and excellent time management skills is crucial as is a keen eye for detail.
  • Ideally, you will possess experience working in a media/traffic environment.
